    Craig Bonsignore has more than fifteen years of experience designing, analyzing, and developing implantable cardiovascular implants. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. Craig’s career began at Johnson & Johnson Interventional Systems, where he supported the launch of the Palmaz Schatz coronary stent, and established the first in-house stent Finite Element Analysis capabilities within J&J. He has authored numerous patents for stent designs, and has been closely involved with the development of several peripheral vascular stents and related implants.

    Javad Mokhbery has been actively involved in the sensor field for more than 30 years. He worked at GSE Inc. in Michigan immediately after obtaining his BSME in 1979, and then he took a job as a project engineer at Revere Transducers Inc (RTI) in 1985. In 1987, he joined the Rockwell International team, taking responsibility for all sensor applications related to the space shuttle program. Javad has served as the CTO and CEO of Futek Advanced Sensor Technology Inc. (Irvine, CA) since the late 1980s. Throughout his professional career in the sensor field, he has been involved with applications for both end-users and OEMs. A range of applications in diverse industries have included infusion pumps, an automated drug-delivery system, a bag-hanging product for dialysis and blood management, jaw-dislocation force measurement for the dental market, musculoskeletal measurements, and guidewire torque verification for angioplasty, and autoclavable pressure sensors, among others.
